Are you aware that school food services are not adhering to the proper proceedures while making and serving your child food? Foods that have expired, fruit with bugs, foods that are served one day are being served again 2-3 days later?
Foods that have been previously handled by some are being put back and then served to someone else. Frozen milk up to the day of expiration is being distributed. Uncleanliness leads to diseases being spread.
Our schools cafeteria staff are not following the proper proceedures when it comes to serving our children their morning and afternoon meals. Some members are not even certified. There isn't any posted information regarding health and safety inspections by local and/or state agencies.
The schools are not complying with the laws of food service institutional guidelines. If we allow this to continue our children will be victims of diseases that can end in death if not stopped now.
