The Human Life Protection Act is set to hit the Senate floor in the state of Alabama. It's passage will make abortion a felony, without exceptions to rape or incest. This is an absolutely unconstitutional bill and needs to be stopped. Please sign to show our state Senators that you are opposed to passage of this bill.
The Alabama Legislature intends to test Roe v Wade in the Supreme Court and has set aside millions of tax payer dollars fight any appeals brought up to the higher courts. This is a gross over reach of power and a misuse of our tax dollars. Also, the ramifications of removing access to doctors who provide abortions will be overwhelmingly harmful to the citizens of Alabama, especially the women of this state.
We The undersigned, stand in opposition to the Human Protections Act and demand the bill be voted down by the Alabama State Senate.
