Congress authorized 12,000 bombs on Syria, calling it 'humanitarian intervention'. Under the Constitution, Congress has sole war-making power, but they delegated 60 days to the President with the War Powers Act/Resolution of 1973. Congress had no legal right to authorize military actions beyond those 60 days and should have declared war rather than allow an 'humanitarian intervention' escalate into the destruction of a country.

We, the undersigned, call on the Department of Justice to open a public trial against the US Congress for violating their oaths.
