Currently we live in or near the suburb of Melton South and have the same Postcode of 3338.
Melton South traditionally is known for not being a very good suburb to live in and as such anyone living in the 3338 postcode has higher than average insurance premiums. eg car insurance for the 3338 postcode is $200 dearer than the 3337 (Melton) postcode. (3-4 different quotations all with the same outcome).
We the undersigned would like to have a new postcode different from the current Melton South postcode of 3338.
We are being penalised by having the 3338 postcode and with the cost of living rising constantly, we believe that by having a new post code it will aleviate some of our budget pressures by no onger being part of Melton South and therefor reducing insurance costs.
Now is the perfect time for a change with the new suburbs and boundaries about to come in.
