This petition is a request for the judge to.... sentence Michelle Bragg to 5 yrs probation instead of the recommended jail term for her crime. She has 5 tickets in the last 5 yrs. If she receives another one then her probation is revoked and she does her jail time. We also would like her to do her community service.
We ask this in order for her to start paying attention to her driving and realize the man she hurt might still be alive. She took away a man, a husband, a father, a son, and a friend.
We, the undersigned, ask you to change the 90 day jail term to 5 years probation. If defendant receives another ticket within the 5 years probation then it will be revoked and the jail sentence is installed.
