Change Forest Lane in Dallas Texas to Melvin Nobel Jr Ln.

We as a Community and City of Dallas would like to change a portion of Forest Ln Dallas, Texas to Melvin Noble Jr. Ln for this Dallas Rapper who was senselessly gunned down in broad day light was tragic. His death has caused hurt and pain to so many individuals including our youth who looked up to Melvin Noble Jr. AKA Mo3, We meaning the Dallas Community and other cities in the United states, feel that changing Forest Ln to Melvin Noble Jr. Ln would help give a positive impact because Forest Ln is where he started. Throughout Melvin Nobles Jr. AKA Mo3 success he'd go back to Forest Ln and give tremendously to the Community, Melvin Noble Jr. AKA Mo3 was an innovating member of our society. from buying kids shoes for school, paying random people rent, feeding the homeless, and mentoring the younger generation by encouraging our youth to become positive members of our society. Melvin Noble Jr. AKA Mo3 was a Dallas Community activist in his own right and was a great example of change, as he worked hard to turn his life around coming from nothing and turning into a self made successful artist and millionaire. Melvin Noble Jr. AKA Mo3 wanted every youth to know who they were, and that doing what you love is what you should set your mind too do and never give up on your dream. Melvin Noble Jr. AKA Mo3 had a purpose he had a calling and was unable to completely fulfill it due to his life being cut short. So we write this petition because Melvin Noble Jr. AKA Mo3 needs to be remembered and honored in his efforts to make a change within the Dallas Community he served. We as a Dallas Community feel that changing Forest Ln to Melvin Noble Jr. Ln would help give a positive impact because Forest Ln is where he started.
