Jefferson Park Neighbors Association (JPNA), when created, decided to include the subdivisions of Jefferson Park, Jefferson Heights, Jefferson Manor and Sylvan Park. It was decided to call it after the single largest subdivision, Jefferson Park.
Since its creation JPNA has only recognized Jefferson Park and none of the other subdivisions in the association. The island at Jefferson Terrace and Cleveland Ave. is the entrance to Jefferson Heights yet the monument that JPNA erected there reads only Jefferson Park.
The island at Winburn Dr. and Jefferson Ave. is an entrance to Jefferson Manor yet the monument that JPNA erected there reads only Jefferson Park. Brookdale Park is in the boundaries of Sylvan Park yet JPNA has claimed it is in Jefferson Park.
The Street Toppers JPNA installed throughout Jefferson Park, Jefferson Heights, Jefferson Manor and Sylvan Park all read Jefferson Park.
We, the undersigned, request that the Jefferson Park Neighbors Association (JPNA) change the boundaries of JPNA to reflect the boundaries of the Jefferson Park Subdivision.
We, the residents of Jefferson Heights, Jefferson Manor and Sylvan Park wish to represent ourselves on issues that affect our individual subdivisions and neighborhood.
