Past parties resulted in complaints to the city of Allen and calls to the police department. I'm asking that all complaints be directed to the head of the household. We plan to prevent any issues with noise by keeping the party in doors and ending the party at a reasonable time in respect to all neighbors the party will end at 11:00pm
