It is no secret that the drug epidemic is sweeping through our nation and destroying families at record high numbers. Families have been torn apart and loved ones are being buried when all we can do is stand by and suffer.. LETS CHANGE THAT!!
Casey’s Law is a law that allows families to petition the court for involuntary treatment for someone that is too impaired to realize they need treatment. Currently we have no laws at all in the state of Georgia to help us help those who are struggling with addiction. I’m tired of burying people that I love, I’m tired of watching people suffer with addiction, I’m tired of watching families suffer because there’s absolutely nothing we can do! PLEASE LETS MAKE A DIFFERENCE! LETS GET THIS LAW IN OUR STATE AND NATION WIDE ONE DAY!! LETS SAVE SOME LIVES!!! LETS HELP THOSE WHO CANT HELP THEMSELVES!!! PLEASE HELP ME BY SIGNING THIS PETITION AND SHARING IT WITH EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!! GOD NEEDS OUR HANDS AND FEET!!! “SAVE OUR CHILDREN “
We, the undersigned, call on the State of Georgia to put Casey’s Law (or equivalent) in affect in our state so that, we the people, have options to help those we love get the help that they don’t realize they need. We are burying our children and the current laws currently do not give us ANY options to intervene. We consider this an urgency and we are willing to do our part or whatever it takes.. We plead for you to take action immediately so that we can “save our children “ sincerely all people who love an addict!
