It is to give hoons some where else to do burnouts and to get them off our streets we need to all get together and express our concerns about the effects it has on the residents of casey and surrounding suburbs
Hi i would like to start This petition young drivers to have a place for people to do burnouts in a safe and controlled environment with in the vicinity of casey all signatures will be forwarded to the council.
