Many families move abroad each year. The parents look for a better life for their kids and all think that if it doesn’t work out they can return home. What parents don’t know is that when kids move abroad they are usually considered ‘habitually resident’ in the new country almost immediately. This means that they cannot leave the country and to go home unless BOTH parents consent.
This campaign aims to facilitate the long and difficult procedure for all the Expat parents who just want to return home with their kids after a failed relocation abroad.
