The Rushby family are calling for the release of their son to attend the funeral of his little brother so tragically taken away too soon from a car accident.
The family do not wish to proceed with the funeral unless the whole family is together.
We are trying to gain as many signatures from the public to present to the judge at the court hearing, for the release for the funeral. As much help as possible would be greatly appreciated for this great cause.
We know there's a law to abide by but at this time we need him home with the family to process this situation.
