The Nigerian Hotel & Catering Institute (NHCI) is the foremost professional body in hospitality and tourism in Nigeria. The NHCI was established in 1975 and had played important roles in the shaping of the Industry in Nigeria until recently when activities of the Institute were at its lowest ebb. There is the need for members to call for an Emergency General Meeting for the National Council to report on its activities and way forward as the young graduates are the ones suffering from the avoidable circumstances.
We, the undersigned, who are members of the Nigerian Hotel & Catering Institute (NHCI), call on the National Council, through the National President & Chairman of the Council to call for an Emergency General Meeting (EGM) of the Institute within 21 days of receiving this petition to address the activities of the Institute and way out of the present situation of the Institute
