We call upon Lambeth Council to bring forward the implementation of CPZ’s and traffic calming measures in Norfolk House Road, Kingscourt Road and neighbouring streets.
Many local residents are elderly or have young families and cannot find parking spaces or use their cars. They are extremely concerned at the danger posed by speeding traffic using these residential roads as rat-runs. There is a great fear it is only a matter of time before there is an serious incident which could be avoided if Lambeth intervene now.
We, the undersigned, call on Lambeth to:-
1. Install traffic calming measures.
2. Bring forward the CPZ implementation in Norfolk House Road, Kingscourt Road and surrounding streets.
As a matter of urgency before a major incident occurs.
