Just a petition to put Jason Derouen, a.k.a. The Cajun Ninja, on the Food Network. Jason is a YouTube chef from Louisiana and a Cajun chef (not classically trained, but seems to know more than many who are). His first video - chicken and sausage gumbo - has over 20 million views on YouTube, and he has prepared other recipes to great effect as well.
If anybody deserves a show, Jason Derouen does.
