Australian businesses are now prioritising Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities with financial incentives attached (and penalties for falling short) However, there is still a clear need to #BridgeTheVoiceGap between intent and practical action and this can be achieved by connecting Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP) and ESG Plans so that RAP action progress also create financial consequences in the same way.
