Portello Subdivision in Sto. Tomas Batangas Philippines currently has a perimeter fence easily accessible from the outside community. It is very easy from outside intruders to get into the supposedly safe private village.
Numerous accounts of theft and trespassing are being experienced by homeowners of the subdivision. This is well recognized by the developer but Camella Portello has done NOTHING to address this urgent concern of safety and security among its homeowners.
We, the undersigned, call on the Camella Homes Vista Land Management to build a higher perimeter fence for its Portello Sto. Tomas real estate property in Batangas, Philippines.
This letter will be turning one year old on the 26th of October and despite of frequent follow ups, NOTHING has been done by Portello Batangas to address this concern. We were robbed of things in broad daylight, we were flooded very easily because on the monsoon rains... will we be waiting for someone to tie us up by bad elements in our own homes we paid for 2.7 million pesos?

Good day Communities Batangas, this message is intended for Mr. Neil Angelo Honorica, the manager.
This is Mr. Richard Magsino, homeowner of Portello Subdivision, Carmella model house. We have the very urgent concern regarding our safety and security in our house at blk 8 lot 44. We have requested for the construction of a more permament and higher perimeter fence at the back of both Drina and Carmela model houses. This has already been done through Ms. Aiza Laurel (the PM). But unfortunately, this request has been pending for the past few months already. Nothing has been done yet.
We are very much concerned about our safety and security in our own home. The present fence height is very much accessible from the outside. The vacant lot at the back of the Drina and Carmela model houses has been frequently trespassed by unknown people from the outside community of San Vicente. I personally reported to the security guards the seen cigarette box left by these trespassers, just opposite the steel mat fence. Our helper even reported that she seen around three unknown trespassers in broad daylight, running away when she called their attention, asking what they are doing in the vicinity. Ms. Aiza and the security guards are all aware of these.
