BSNL is not providing internet access to internet users at home. Like, I have a net connection of unlimited package of Rs. 700/- per month , but, in a single day there are thousands of time the net connection goes and comes, if I ask the BSNL, Bangalore Customer Centre, they say it is due to SERVER PROBLEM.
Particularly the YAHOO, shaadi.com, matrimonial sites are not accessible continuously for days. But, if i access it office computers or at an internet parlour, they are avaiable.
I dont understand why they say it is an unlimited package with so and so high broadband connection ?
BSNL DOWN !, BANGALORE BSNL DOWN !
Add to these, the bangalore people in BSNL office, they are next to hell in giving details or solutions.
People, I Know there are lot of customers like me from Bangalore who are experiencing these types of problems, so kindly give a hand in condemning this atrocious behaviour of BSNL.
