Brisbane is the 3rd largest city in Australia, and with the other largest cities getting their go, its about time Brisbane got its share, and with some of the biggest players in the IOC (Including President Jacques Rogge) encouraging Brisbane to bid for the 2024 Olympics, why the hell shouldn't we?
We have world class stadiums, accommodation and entertainment, we're more than capable of providing the resources for the entire planet to stay here for the two-week duration of the games.
