We got involved with a local family in 2006-2007 due to our involvement with our local EMS and Fire Dept. Every time we took in 3-6 children for a day, a week, even 3+ months, to make sure they had food, clothing, shelter, and above all love..... not till December 2010 did the local CPS/DFS get involved and place them in our home for 16+ months, just to remove them, because we were involved in a vehicle accident with a foster child in the car....nobody was hurt.
Please help! We love these kids and would love to adopt them.
We the undersigned ask you to sign to the replacement of foster/adoptive kids back in our home, we want what is right for the children, as their paternal parents cannot or will not provide for them.
Our local CPS/DFS removed them due to a vehicular accident, without notice or warning or investigation.
We the Garrard family want to provide and have only provided a safe home (with love), and want to be considered for a adoptive home for these 5 foster children.
