PULLING DOWN DPA AND ITS FOUNDER
The founder of DPA, Chukwuemeka Ephraim Ugwuonye has proven to be a fraudster. We there for request for him to be investigated with immediate effect. Find below some of his offences
1. Members of the group were asked to register with the group and pay a sum of N6,000.00 which will be used to help those who have cases of Domestic Violence and cannot to pay for a lawyer. Contributing members have requested to know how many people paid and how much has been realized and how it is being utilized. We believe this was a well calculated scam by a con artist.
2. He said DPA will be a registered organization but it was never done.
3. He solicited funds for a blind man from the group and never released the funds to him.
4. He brings up cases that would require contribution but never renders account of what was realized or whom he gave these monies realized.
5. He uses his company account and personal accounts to collect funds of which he is the only signatory and not accountable to anyone.
6. When asked to render account or questioned about some falsehoods in his stories; he blocks the individual on the group and then cooks up stories with the aid of his cohorts and slanders the person or releases confidential information shared with him when they were in good terms.
7. He uses this opportunity to prey on unsuspecting women who seek legal advice from him. He takes advantage of their vulnerability to either have sex with them or try to covet their possession.
DPA has almost 250,000 members who believe that they are fighting a cause with a recognized Barrister who is Harvard trained but unfortunately, they are been deceived by a con artist who wants to pull off the biggest scam in Nigeria in this recession after Ponzi Schemes. Over a 100,000 people have registered in DPA and over N600m has been received by Eculaw. Due Process Advocate is not registered and has no accounts or trustees. It is run by just one man who lives a flamboyant life on the funds he made from registration of unsuspecting individuals.

We call upon NBA to give us the current situation of the petition against Chukwuemeka Ephraim Ugwuonye. Information reaching us is that he has been disbarred and we know it was due to covetousness. He is no longer allowed to practice law so cannot represent anyone in court as he peddles himself to be able to do.
