Extensive research has shown that the availability of condoms in schools decreases teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease like HIV and Syphillis.
Reasearch also shows that condom availability does not cause sexual proactivity among teenagers, and mainly aids those who are already sexually active.
We, the undersigned, wish for the Western School Board to install condom vending machines at Westisle Composite High School in order to promote a state of sexual health among sexually active students.
