On June 26, 2007, my son, Clay Antilley was killed in a car wreck. All kids were drinking. His best friend was driving the pickup. Clay's family did not want Carter to face any charges.
The fact that he was responsible for the accident is punishment enough. He is now up for parole.
Please sign this petition if you think that Carter should be given parole and come home.
