Baby Benjamin is being placed up for adoption after his biological father and step mother have had him for 9 consecutive months. Now the Supreme Court has ruled to terminate his rights.
Morgan and Kody have provided for this little boy as long as they were able to. They love him unconditionally, took care of him when he was sick. They kissed boo boos rocked him to sleep. They witnessed first steps and first words. They bathed him, fed him and clothed him. He is their baby. Their family and friends adore him and his brothers are his world. This is all baby Ben knows and now it's being ripped away from him.
Please help us bring him home.
We are asking for a Grant of certiorari. Kody is an exponentially great father who loves his children dearly. For the simple fact that he was denied access to prenatal visits and contact with his child's biological mother during the duration of her pregnancy, although many attempts were made, does not constitute grounds for termination of parental rights. He was advised by many attorneys that there was nothing anyone was able to do until his child was born. He did not abandon his child.
Kody is a great father who loves his children dearly.
