The Southpark Shopping Center is located in South Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, North Carolina. It is located in the fastest growing area in the city of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County/North Davidson County. Hancock Fabric`s has recently vacated the shopping center due to the company filing for bankruptcy.
The Southpark Shopping Center is anchored by a Food Lion grocery store, Family Dollar, a Chinese restaurant and a few other independent merchants. Zaxby's is the latest company planning to construct a new restaurant in an out parcel within the parking area on the same property, directly in front of the Southpark Shopping Center. There is also a Wells Fargo bank branch, Piedmont Federal Savings and Loan and Dairi-O restaurant in the same location contained in the Southpark Shopping Center. The Southpark Shopping Center is located on Peters Creek Parkway and is an immensely high traffic area.
With the recent vacancy in the shopping center creates an excellent and much needed opportunity to locate a new T J Max, Marshall`s or Home Goods store as an anchor store within the Southpark Shopping Center.
Southpark Family Pharmacy, K & W Cafeteria, a large auto dealership, numerous residential developments, a few multi-family communities, Wal-Mart Supercenter (with beautiful art sculptures in the parking lot), Lowe`s Home Improvement are in close proximity.
Having a T J Max, Marshall`s or Home Goods store located in the Southpark Shopping Center would be appreciated and considered an asset for the surrounding community.
Having a new Marshall`s, TJ Maxx or Home Goods store open in this location is much desired by local residents. I ask you to please consider opening a new store in this location soon as having this recent vacancy is an excellent opportunity to expand in South Winston-Salem and fill a need in the community for a TJ Maxx, Marshall`s or Home Goods store.
