Publishing a revealing photo of a minor, Miley Cyrus, is in poor taste, could be construed as illegal in some circles, and the wrong message for our teens and families.
Vanity Fair published photos in their magazine and online as well. Miley Cyrus is a 15 yr old, not an 18 yr old, and certainly not an adult.
We hold Vanity Fair directly responsible.
We, the undersigned, hold Vanity Fair directly responsible for using a minor's photograph to promote the sale and marketing of their magazine to the public.
We ask that Vanity Fair withdraw all online photos of Miley Cyrus, and apologize to the public.
