Blue Ocean residencies have been violation customer rights since 2014 where they came to business. With their first project in Mount Lavinia, which was poorly constructed and further delay of completing the project and enormous amount of difficulties customers had to face to receive their Deeds.
There were many foreign nationals faces even more difficulties as it is a foreign country.
Up to now, they are misleading the public by having a nice website and the CEO with pictures with politicians. The pictures taken with politicians are often used for business gains and threats to customers.
The Two directors. Suranee Thumilan and Sivarajah Thumilan should be banned from doing business in Sri Lanka.
Today they have commenced almost 20 projects by investing customers money and not even finishing the first 4 projects.
every project is poorly and incompletely constructed.
This a fact tahat action really is needed.
Sri Lanka was named as one of the most corrupted countries in the world by the 2016 corruption index.
Blue Ocean contributed very much to bring Sri Lanka to this level.
This company is corrupted as no other in Sri Lanka.
Many Foreign nationals as well as Sri Lankans are helpless after investing their life savings with this company to purchase apartments.
Such actions and misleading should be taken to justice and this organisation should be banned in Sri Lanka
