برنامه اخیر پرگار بی بی سی فارسی با شرکت معصومه علینژاد و نیک آهنگ کوثر در پانل یک و دو مهمان دیگر در پانل دو با میزبانی داریوش کریمی اجرا شد.
بی بی سی فارسی به عنوان بخشی از سرویس جهانی بی بی سی، تحت تعهدات به بی بی سی تراست و توافق نامه وزارت خارجه بریتانیا موظف به حفظ بی طرفی خود می باشد ، با این حال این برنامه متعادل نبود و مهمانان در پانل دو به جانبداری از خانم علینژاد برخاسته و در واقع صحنه را به نبردی بر علیه نیک آهنگ کوثر تبدیل نمودند.
متاسفانه این نوع سناریو، علی رقم وجود رهنمون های سردبیری بی بی سی (بند ۴، بند ۱۵ ) درارتباط با بی طرفی و تضاد منافع، روندی رو به افزایش داشته!
اگر بی بی سی فارسی همچنان به تبعیض نسبت به هر گروه ذینفع ادامه دهد ، قطعا مخاطبان خود را از دست داده و از هدف خویش، که جذب ۷ میلیون بیننده تا سال ۲۰۱۱ می باشد، هم ناکام خواهد ماند!
Recent BBC Persian Pargar programme featured Masoumeh Alinejad and Nikahang Kowsar in panel one with two guests in panel two, hosted by Dariush Karimi.
BBC Persian service as part of BBC world is obliged to maintain its impartiality under its obligations to BBC Trust and FCO agreements, however this programme was not balanced and the guests in panel two were siding with Ms Alinejad’s and in fact set the scene as a battleground against Nikahang Kowsar.
A type of scenario that unfortunately has been on the increase in spite of BBC’s own Editorial Guidelines (s.4 & s.15) in relation to Impartiality and conflict of interests!
If BBC Persian continues to be biased towards any interest groups, surely it will lose its audience and fall short of BBC Persian’s own target of 7 million viewers by 2011!

جناب آقای صبا ،
ما، امضا کنندگان این نامه نهایت ناامیدی خویش را از شیوه اجرای آخرین برنامه پرگار بی بی سی فارسی ابراز میکنیم . عدم تعادل بین نظرات مخالف خیلی واضح و روشن به نفع اصلاح طلبان حزبی بود، از این رو حتی بی طرفی نسبی نیز رعایت نگردید!
مهمانان پانل دو نامطلع و وقت گیر بودند، سوالات نا مربوط پرسیده و حتی در پاره ای از مواقع پرسشهایشان نیازمند تعریف دوباره توسط مجری برنامه بود و به ندرت سؤالی را به خانم علینژاد معطوف داشتند!
روشن است که محتوای برنامه، به نفع اصلاح طلبان با گرایش های حزبی بوده و آقای کریمی هیچ تلاشی برای بازگشت به موضوع بحث اصلی انجام نداد.
این سوال باقی می ماند که آیا هیچ فرد واجد شرایط بهتری در زمینه روزنامه نگاری در جامعه ایرانی وجود نداشت که بتواند برای شرکت در پانل دو دعوت شود؟ وچرا اینگونه بنظرمی رسد که شایستگی دعوت مهمانان، منوط به توصیه های شخصی است؟
توضیح آخر اینکه، واقعیت اینست که تا بحال بسیاری از مهمانان دعوت شده از نزدیکان آقای فرخ نگهداربوده و می باشند، که این مهم خود مسئوليت حرفه ای و بی طرفی تمام مجموعه دست اندرکاردر ساخت این برنامه را مورد سؤال قرارمی دهد.
ما خواستار تحقیقات کامل در این زمینه بوده و بی بی سی فارسی را به اتخاذ اقداماتی برای جلوگیری از تکراراین مورد در برنامه های آینده، دعوت مینماییم .
ما همچنین خواهان برداشتن گام های لازم توسط بی بی سی فارسی در نظارت بر این برنامه و محتویات آن در پرتو این حادثه بوده و انجام یک نظرسنجی از عملکرد بی بی سی فارسی را با هدف استفاده جدی تر از نظرات بینندگان خواستاریم.

Dear Mr Saba,
We, the undersigned, are writing to express our utmost disappointment at the way BBC Persian conducted its latest Pargar Programme. The imbalance between the opposing viewpoints was so conspicuously clear as it was in favour of partisan reformists, hence not even a partial neutrality was observed!
Panel two guests were unknowledgeable, time-consuming, asked irrelevant questions and even at times the questions had to be redefined by the host and hardly any questions was ever directed at Ms Alinejad!
It is clear that the programme content was biased, in favour of partisan reformists and Mr Karimi made no attempt to bring the discussion back to its original topic.
The question remains whether there were no better qualified individuals in journalism that could have been invited to participate as panel two from the Iranian community? and why the merits of inviting guests seems to be on personal recommendations?
The last comment is made on the fact that many invited guests so far have and continue to be close associates of Mr Farrokh Negahdar, which itself takes into question the professionalism and impartiality of the whole team involved in making this programme.
We ask for a thorough investigation in this regard and invite BBC Persian to take measures to prevent repeats of such for future programmes.
We also ask BBC Persian to take the necessary steps in supervising this programme and its contents in light of this incident and to conduct a survey over its performance with the intention to use viewers’ feedback more seriously.
