By signing this petition, this will allow me to establish a state wide issue on puppy mills.
I am calling on all local government officials to look at and investigate every puppy mill in the State. Also, putting an end to unjust and inhumane puppy mills/breeders.
Right now in the State of Indiana there is no preliminary investigation or home visit for any breeder or puppy mill to become certified and registered with the State of Indiana. Also, the amish/Mennonites pay no taxes to be a breeder or in most cases a puppy mill, which is costing the taxpayers.
