Last Christmast is not a Christmas song. The words in the chorus are "Last Chistmas I gave you my heart/ the very next day you gave it away."
The last line of the chorus is "This year I'll give it to someone special."
This is a break-up/ slash revenge song that happens at Christmas time. Just because the word Christmas is in the song does not make it a Christmas song.
This is a Wham song that would fit well in the Taylor Swift collection, which she has actually done a version of.
I want you to sign this petition to ban the playing of Last Christmas from the Chistmas song rotation that gets played every year. The song is not a Christmas song, and those of us who listen to Christmas music this time of year should not be subject to hearing any version of this song every 20 minutes.
