The disposal wells for the wastewater from fracking are proven to cause groundwater contamination, as well as, disruptions with earth under its surface.
This is evidenced by the devastation that is ruining the state of Oklahoma by the Earthquakes that happen almost continually each and every day.
I am asking for all citizens that are opposed to the current permit application for the installation of disposal wells in Johnstown Township right here in Barry County, to say "NO" to the approval of this disposal well.
Although the permit was sent to the EPA for approval, due to the public outcry, the EPA will be setting a meeting after the Holidays to review the permit and host a public meeting.
I thought that having a petition may help the cause.
