Armann Heights Subdivision is located Part of the southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 5 North, Range 22 East, City of Oak Creek, Milwaukee County Wisconsin, mole particularly described as follows: Commencing at a concrete county Southeast 1/4; Thence along the East line of said Southeast 1/4, N00O1 4/56/' West, 33.00 feet to the point of beginning; Thence along the Northerly right-of-way line of W. Oakwood Road, S89degree45' 19'' West, 1,1 76.42 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of Interstate Highway "94" Thence along said highway, NOOdegree03'5'4'' East, 1,296.67 feet to the North line of said Southeast 1/4 of south Southeast 1/4; Thence along said 1/4 - 1/4 section and Highway 94,

The subdivision is eight years old. Highway 94 to the west yields loud noise that can be heard 24 hours a day by subdivision residents.

Talks with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation lead homeowners to believe that a noise barrier wall would be built for abatement. To date no wall was ever built. The freeway plans to expand which in turn will increase traffic. The subdivision residents especially those bordered by the highway are quite disturbed from the noise from the 24 hour highway traffic.

Armann Heights Subdivision is approximately 25 ft on the westerly boundary from I-94 Highway.

The noise from the highway is loud above the acceptable conversation level. The sound can be heard 24 hours a day.

The subdivision requests a noise barrier wall from Hwy 94 and Mario Drive on the north to Hwy 94 and W. Oakwood Ave on the south constructed and installed by Wisconsin DOT.
