I am a resident/business owner in the Borough of South Plainfield, New Jersey and I am fed up with the truck traffic, noise and pollution that I have to endure in this town on a daily basis.
Trucks are currently using borough streets that are hazardous to school children, pedestrians and motorists as well as causing horrendous traffic. The Hollywood Avenue Truck Route Extension is the construction of a new road that would connect two existing roads in the borough which would ultimately keep a majority of trucks off of our local streets.
It has come to my attention that the furthering of this project is now in your department for approval.
As a resident/business owner in the Borough of South Plainfield I would like to see this project approved by your department as quickly as possible to ensure the safety and quality of life for everyone in our borough.
