We need an urgent repeal of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 that is causing the death (suicide) of many hundreds of your subjects.
We the people of the United Kingdom call upon your majesty to ask your Government to repeal the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
The Act is causing untold misery and in many cases death by suicide in a group of your subjects who are mainly disabled and extremely poor.
As the head of our nation,we the people call upon you in your long wisdom, to remind your government of the folly of using your majesties name and office to bring about such a situation to your most vulnerable subjects.
