APEC - Albay Power and Energy Corp had been maintaining the electrical grid in Albay for over a decade.
BROWNOUTS have become an acceptable business in Albay.
This cannot be tolerated any longer.
FAILURES are often blamed on weather conditions and events Beyond their control. Yet other countries are able to maintain their grid with little to no interruptions. The problem is the quality of parts and labor. ONE FAILURE is a mistake, twice is a pattern and three is a habit.
We the undersigned call on APEC - Albay Power and Energy Corp to take responsibility for the failure of the grid in Albay. From this point forward we request that for every BROWNOUT that last longer than 2 hours will be compensated by moving the next scheduled power interruption to the following week. They can use this EXTRA time (7 days) to make sure the failure is fixed properly.
