The Conditional Use Permit only applies to the use of the ball field or live outdoor music / P.A. systems.
We are looking to amend it to apply to both. Bucky's Sports Bar is making an effort to provide an enjoyable atmosphere for friends, family, and patrons from all over the area.
We, the undersigned, call on the Chippewa County Planning & Zoning Committee and the Township of Lafayette to amend the Conditional Use Permit to allow both use of the ball field as well as live outdoor music within the regulations of the Township.
