Rabbit imports to South Africa was banned over 25yrs ago due to certain rabbit diseases. Due to this us South Africans cannot enjoy the beautiful varieties of rabbits especially the Gem of the Fancy "the Netherlands Dwarf Rabbit".
We asking the South African Government to allow "The Natal Netherlands Dwarf Rabbit Club"to import a breeding pair under their terms and quarantine conditions so that we can start up a breeding program for all dwarf rabbit lovers to benefit.
