Ok, basically there is an abandoned Asylum called Pennhurst and this fellow would like to make a haunted attraction out of it, and since the building honestly has no other use than to be left abandoned and fall down or be burned eventually this would actually preserve it a little while longer.
We the undersigned would like to see the Pennhurst Asylum attraction be allowed to operate. I may bring my family to see it from out of state, bringing revenue to your town.
Please do not allow common sense to be thrown to the wayside in America once again.
