It has been stated that those who have not passed the CAHSEE, and who have satisfied or will satisfy all other requirements for graduation from high school can NOT walk on stage for graduation.
I agree that any student in good standard, should be allowed to walk on stage though they have not passed the CAHSEE or part of the CAHSEE.
