Allow Residential Parking on the street

We the residents and home owners of Tres Rios Landing are petitioning to allow parking on the streets as needed anytime of the day or night. Many of the residents own more then one or two vehicles depending on the size of the family or number of residents in the home, therefore needing more space to park. There is no other designated spot for us residents, family and or friends to park on the streets as needed after the hours of 10:00pm. Several of us have tried to park on a non common street just to wake up and find a parking ticket taped to our windows. We now feel it is a form of harassment with no other place to park. We are graciously asking permission as long as all traffic/parking laws are being followed, that we be allowed to park within reason, on the street in front of our own residences, only as needed. We all would like to come to a reasonable and peaceful solution to this problem and are open to any other suggestions as well.
