Due to the possibility of a three weekly refuse collection, and only a two weekly collection on recycling, where are the recycling bags meant to go? Inside the house? I can only imagine what the smell will be like, which means they will need to be left outside for animals & birds to get at.
According to A & B Council, we are not being supplied with bins for recycling. I can see this having a serious impact on the environment, animals getting caught up in it and the amount of rubbish being blown around will increase greatly.
Why can't we have bins the same as other parts of Kintyre?
