Many people who live in the neighborhood of East Caribou (Dodo's Market) do not have access to an ATV trail and do not have a trailer to bring ATVs to the Park and Ride access point.
All terrain vehicles are a large part of the economy.
If the ATVs don't have access to the businesses of Caribou, money will not be spent in Caribou.
We, the undersigned, call on the Caribou Police Department and the State of Maine to allow ATV road access from the Madawaska Stream bridge on the Noyes Road to Route 89, along 89 to the Baird Road, Baird Road to the Bowles Road, and Bowles Road to connect to the ATV trail.
