For the last few years, Ebay has insisted on Paypal being used as the primary payment system. There are many more such systems out there, some of which offer a superior service to Paypal. Ebay however, blocks access to rival systems.
We, the below signed, wish to be able to use other e-payment systems other than Paypal for accepting e-payments when trading on Ebay.
The reasons for this are -
1) Seller protection - to protect us against fraudulent buyers.
2) Charge-back protection - Protection against buyers using stolen credit cards.
3) Freedom to choose - Different providers charge different commission rates and have different protection policies.
