My name is Jathin Chandran, living near wipro head office, Bangalore. I had taken airtel 4G hotspot when it was launched and airtel 4G did deliver the promised speed those days.
From October 2015, the speed came down to 2Mbps and did run around and launched complaints many a times.
Finally visited airtel head office, Bangalore. They said by jan 2016, it will be fixed.
Majority of my friends in Bangalore have the same issue with airtel. What is the point in promising fake speed in adds, where as the speed is less than 2G???
Airtel 4G - what is the point in promising fake 4G speed by Airtel in ads, when the speed is as low as 2G is most parts of Bangalore?
We want 4G speed.
