Innova was opened in decemeber mmorpg Aion servers. At the begining we didn't receive any news about when server is opening, community managers not working at all. Innova servers always have problems with high ping, lost packets and low internet connections.
Always in the game a lot of Bots who selling game money, players have sent a lot of screenshots to Innova support centre but nothing happens. Also problem is not announced restarts in the servers.
A small amount of running servers now it 5, they all overloaded and lines of waiting people at the evenings. Provided information about Innova contacts is not right, because people tried call to the company and the phone number is not answering.
We asking NCSOFT to check what problem, because we want the same level of localization like in EU/NA serves.
We want working community managers who provide us important information about restarts.
