Against the 11 Building, 169 Apartment Construction Project for Trenton Block 24202 Lots 1,2 and 3

The surrounding community has been a relatively close knit one nuturing tranquility, moderate peace and a quality of life that has not gone unnoticed nor unappreciated.

The proposal to construct 11 buildings housing 169 apartments would severely undermine the integrity of the neighborhood that many families and residents have strived to attain and maintain. The addition of these apartments in the proposed location will immediately hinder the quality of life accross the board for all local residents in the neighborhood.

Atleast 169 inhabitants of unknown character that can seemingly go unnoticed while blending into the faceless masses buzzing in and out of the site would promote an atmosphere of unaacountability and diconnectivity from the actual homeowners in turn causing unwanted burdons of crime escalation in homes, cars and danger simply walking the streets.

This project would be nothing more than an investment that would be an obvious grab for cash regardless of the effect it'd have on the residents, children and the elderly.

We are wholeheartedly opposed to the proposition to build these apartments here.
