Ive come to the conclusion that adelaide needs a new/or a few legal graffiti free walls this would benefit the community in many ways
1) it would cut down graffiti on streets, schools, public and or government property
2) would reduce "taxpayers" money spent on cleaning off graffiti
Other states have several legal graffiti free walls-(ADELAIDE)-has 1 and its in the city not everyone has the transport or funds to get to the city everytime they wanna express their artistic views not to mention sometimes you can't get a spot as it gets used regularly.
(Legal graffiti free walls)-these can be on the side of buildings, toilet blocks, etc
GRAFFITI ART IS NOT A CRIME,

Graffiti is an art form and like all art forms people should be able to express themselves and learn about this form of ART
