Fawful is an incredibly memorable character, has hilarious dialogue, is a nefarious villain, and has a VERY wide array of abilities and tools at his disposal.
He is PERFECT for the Smash series. He's the only character on the list that I will be really angry over if he's not in the next game because he's the only character where they have NO excuse to not put him in. Everyone has said it, I'm just reaffirming it: we NEED Fawful in the next Smash!
