When purchasing a generic card from any store some think that it will only require one stamp to send the card domestically. This is untrue. Hallmark has been making certain cards that don't meet the one stamp standard without stating this fact. My mother's day card required 2 stamps, nothing was added, it was just the card in the envelope.
If the post office feels that these specific cards require more then one stamp then it should be stated on the card or anywhere the card is sold.
We, the undersigned, call on Hallmark to refrain from selling cards that will cost more then one postal stamp (the equivalent of 41 cents) without first addressing that certain cards require more then 41 cents to send. It should be posted for the public to see before purchasing the card.
