Animals have the ability to do so much for us, as far as saving your life. However no matter how many abusive people the SPCA find and stop, the abuse still lives on in another home.
Abuse is a horrible virus that never stops or lessens on its own, we must do something about it so please sign this petition in hope that they will creat a new law for pet guardianship.
We, the undersigned, call on Ted Poe and Sheila Lee along with all other Texas representatives to help abused animals by creating and passing a bill that accepts Pet Guardianship in Texas.
